Kimberly Keefe, Managing Director

Kim is accomplished human resources executive with specialization in organization development and the development and implementation of programs for all phases of employee lifecycle. Kim has extensive experience partnering with senior level executives to deliver against business and organizational objectives.  Her expertise includes identifying, assessing, coaching and placing all levels of professionals in the areas of information technology, market research, finance, human resources and operations.

Kim has over 14 years experience with Fortune 100 companies, in both corporate and business unit environments, as well as experience of running and managing an entrepreneurial venture. Kim holds a M.A. in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
