Established in 2003, FS Outsourcing and FSO Knowledge Xchange (FSOkx) have positioned themselves as thought leaders in the financial services outsourcing landscape. www.FSOutsourcing.com is today the premier knowledge portal covering the information needs of key decision makers in the financial services sector. Through our initiatives, we have attempted to provide authoritative insights and information across the financial services spectrum. Keeping up with this tradition, we are pleased to announced the first-ever FSO Excellence Awards.

To be held in conjunction with the Annual FSO Summit 2008, the FSO Excellence Awards is a small but significant step to applaud the resilience and brilliance exhibited by outsourcing entities despite unfavorable market conditions. Like all niche initiatives, these awards are work in progress. In its subsequent editions, it will continue to evolve and improve. We appreciate your support for all our past endeavors and request you to participate in our newest initiative with as much enthusiasm.

The Process

Eligibility
Outsourcing Service Providers in IT Infrastructure, Application Development, HR, Research and Analytics, Client Reporting, Data management, Document Management, Business Process Management, Knowledge Process Management, Brokerage Services serving-Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Hedge Funds, and Custodians.

Nomination
Anyone from the financial services sector is welcome to nominate a vendor of their choice in the various categories. Self-nomination by a vendor is acceptable. For a nomination to be valid, all required questions must be answered in sufficient detail. Incomplete entries will be automatically disqualified. All nominations are to be mailed to awards@FSOkx.com, no later than May 25^th, 2008.

Panel of Judges
To ensure fair and informed assessment in each of the award categories, FSOkx will constitute a Panel of Judges, comprised of thought leaders and visionaries in the financial services sector. Once all the nominations have been received, the Panel will create a shortlist of eligible entries and the final winners will be feted during the FSO Annual Summit 2008.
