Rekha Vatsa is a Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FS Outsourcing Inc. Prior to starting this venture, Rekha worked as a technologist lead and client services manager at State Street, where she was responsible for delivering pragmatic business solutions to her various clients. Prior to her experience at State Street, Rekha worked on research projects with business school professors focusing on finance and accounting.

Rekha has 12 years of experience in Financial Services. She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the National Honor Society in Business and Management. Rekha holds M.B.A in Accounting and MIS, and a BA in Economics.

Myra Thomas is Managing Editor of FSO Magazine. She served as Regional Editor for New Jersey’s business newspaper, NJ Biz, in addition to writing for business websites Knowledge@Wharton and Knowledge@Emory. With thirteen years in business reporting, she has written hundreds of stories for the web and print, as well as edited and ghostwritten popular business and investing books. Ms. Thomas has received awards/fellowships from the Working Press Association, the New Jersey Press Association, and the National Conference of Editorial Writers.

Natalie Vania, PhD, is FSO Knowledge Xchange's Research Director. She joins FSO Knowledge Xchange with an extensive business and academic background. Dr. Vania receives a Master of Science in Financial Markets from Illinois Institute of Technology's Stuart School in December 2007, one of the top US programs for financial derivatives. Natalie works with investors and entrepreneurs to grow new businesses. Research topics take her to hedge funds, angel finance, XML in finance, datamining, banking, prediction markets, and social security risk.

Productizing FSO Knowledge Xchange's Research, quality control, and helping to lead senior financial services executives in strategic assessment for business growth are first priorities in her role as Research Director.

Renee Wijnen is a Contributing Editor of FSO magazine. She has spent ten years in journalism, most recently as editor of Waters, a monthly magazine about trading technology aimed at Wall Street CIOs. Previously, she was editor-in-chief of Euromoney/Institutional Investor's Financial Technology magazine and served as senior editor for Thomson Financial's Bank Technology News.

She has also covered teleservices technology, the corporate bond market and general assignment city and court beats for other publications.

Dianne See Morrison is European Editor of FSO Magazine. She was previously at Waters Magazine, where she was European Editor, covering technology in the financial industry. She has also worked at Red Herring and the Industry Standard.

Kim is an accomplished human resources executive with specialization in organization development and the development and implementation of programs for all phases of employee lifecycle. Kim has extensive experience partnering with senior level executives to deliver against business and organizational objectives. Her expertise includes identifying, assessing, coaching and placing all levels of professionals in the areas of information technology, market research, finance, human resources and operations.

Kim has over 14 years experience with Fortune 100 companies, in both corporate and business unit environments, as well as experience of running and managing an entrepreneurial venture. Kim holds a M.A. in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
